She began her career in Human Resources and quickly gained global experience after moving to Canada where she worked in the tourism industry across all realms of HR in three international locations (Whistler, Mont Tremblant & New Zealand).

Madi champions the use of technology to streamline internal processes and create sophistication. Fluent in deep learning, data analytics and technology, she uses data and analytics in market intelligence to articulate key areas for business growth.

Madi has worked across a range of mid-level and C-suite roles across multi-industry ASX listed and non-listed organisations, constantly thinking outside the box to forensically identify brilliant candidates using methods that are constantly evolving.
