The first challenge was to find a new Chief Executive Officer and Hourigan found Alastair Symington in Dubai. Alastair joined Blackmores around September 2019 having been successful by using Hourigan International we continued with Hourigan who then went onto a finding a new Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director for ANZ and Group Marketing and Innovation Officer. The end result has probably been one of the best management teams that I have ever had at Blackmores.
