Harriet Belsey

Harriet has spent over fifteen years’ working with some of the world’s most innovative and ambitious leaders within communications agencies & brand owners; she brings a truly global perspective to executive search. With a deep understanding of not only the current marcomms landscape, but also lifestyle, fashion, sports and entertainment sectors; Harriet will be focussed on delivering transformative growth for our clients via modern, progressive leadership talent.

Harriet’s previous experience includes nearly ten years of global executive search, placing leadership talent in C-suite roles across marketing and advertising. Hybrid in her skill-set, Harriet also spent a number of years as an agency practitioner, working at a number of the UK’s most high profile agencies including BBH London and Accenture. In addition, she also served as a marketeer at The National Lottery, where she worked across both Euromillions and the Lottery parent brand during the 2012 London Olympics; she brings a unique understanding of brand owner and agency environments.

Passionate about diversity, Harriet has partnered with the likes of D&AD and One School; working closely with some of the world’s most high-profile agency leaders and marketeers to improve DE&I in the creative industries.
