Skye is a Partner and leads the For Purpose and Social Impact Practice at Hourigan International, a portfolio that spans NFP, Academia, Research Institutes, Policy Think Tanks, Philanthropic Foundations, Impact Investment, Social Enterprise, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and ESG.
Skye has more than twenty-five years’ experience placing executive talent. She has partnered extensively with For Profit, NFP and For Purpose leaders, academics, start-up founders and social entrepreneurs to solve talent challenges through C-suite and Board level executive search and leadership advisory.
Skye studied a Bachelor of Media, Technology and Culture Change at UNSW, and is passionate about the potential for technology and creative leadership to meet the evolving needs of society.
A passionate lifelong learner, Skye has since pursued further studies in Advanced Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development and is currently completing further studies in sustainability and social impact.
