Congratulations to Rachel Allen who is the new Design Director at RM Williams.
This role reports to the CEO, Paul Grossman, and will work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to define and direct the product strategy and vision for the brand, ensuring a strong growth agenda both locally and internationally.
Rachel is highly respected in the fashion industry having worked for some great Australian brands since 2002.
